As Managing Partner at RSP Law Firm, his specializations include permits for the establishment of foreign companies and their business activities, the process of applying for temporary and permanent residence permits for foreign nationals, labor, land acquisition, property and real estate, debt acquisition, debt purchase/sale (Cessie), and commercial negotiations.

He currently serves as General Secretary of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Bekasi Raya Branch Leadership Council (DPC) since 2021.

Beyond his advocacy practice, Mario is a licensed Receiver and Administrator registered with the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI). His dual qualifications as an advocate and insolvency practitioner enable him to represent and advise clients in bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings, corporate restructuring, distressed asset transactions, debt recovery, and other complex commercial matters.

As one of the founding partners, Mr. Putra K Sinulingga obtained an Indonesian law degree from the University of North Sumatra in 2015. He became a qualified Indonesian advocate in 2019 and has worked at several law firms.

Additionally, Mr. Putra K Sinulingga has experience as a corporate lawyer, focusing on handling legal matters for businesses and ensuring compliance in company transactions. Throughout his career, He has represented several national companies, including PT. Penjaminan Jamkrindo Syariah, PT. Bank Bukopin Syariah, Dana Pensiun. His work in this area includes legal research, contract review, and contract negotiation.

Legal professional who is licensed and a member of PERADI with solid experience in litigation and dispute resolution, representing corporate and individual clients in civil, criminal, administrative, and employment matters.

Experienced in managing complex legal cases, conducting legal risk assessments, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with courts, regulators, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice, protect organizational interests, and support business objectives through effective legal solutions.

Ranto has experience handling a broad range of legal matters, including civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) proceedings, as well as providing legal assistance before the police and government authorities. He also advises and supports corporate clients on various matters relating to corporate and employment law.

His practice includes legal research, legal analysis, legal drafting, contract drafting and review, litigation strategy, and contract negotiation, with a focus on helping clients identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks arising from their business activities.

Ranto obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan in 2020.

Obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (2019). She possesses strong expertise in legal drafting, contract review, and corporate legal advisory work, with a particular focus on delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
